¾teaspoonDried herbs, such as thyme, marjoram, rosemary, oregano

½teaspoonBlack pepper, fresh ground

Directions

Blend all ingredients well. Use as a marinade for beef, veal, lamb, or chicken. Use remaining marinade to baste during barbequing.
