Pepper & herb marinade

½ | cup | Lemon juice |
⅓ | cup | Vegetable oil |
1 | tablespoon | Instant minced onion |
1 | each | Clove garlic, finely minced |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Tabasco sauce |
2 | teaspoons | Chicken or beef bouillon |
1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano dried |
In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients. Add chicken, beef or pork. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade. Grill or barbeque as desired, basting with marinade.
