Sherry-brown sugar marinade for bbq pork

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Scallion stalk
1 \N Or
2 slices Fresh ginger root
⅛ cup Stock
¼ cup Sherry
½ cup Soy sauce
1½ tablespoon Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Honey
1 dash Pepper

1. Cut scallion stalk in ½-inch sections; mince ginger root. Then combine with remaining ingredients.

2. Add to pork and marinate.
