Shepherd's salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 larges Ripe tomatoes, diced
2 smalls Cucumbers, sliced
1 small Onion, diced
3 eaches Green onions, minced
1 large Green bell pepper, diced
1 each Hot green chili, minced
1 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Vinegar
\N \N Salt
\N \N Oil & lemon dressing

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add the dressing & vinegar & mix well.
