Seven-up salad

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) lemon or lime gelatin
1 cup Hot water
1 cup 7-up
2 Bananas; mashed
2 cups Miniature marshmallows
1 can (15.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained; reserve juice
1 tablespoon Flour
½ cup Sugar
Pineapple juice
1 Egg
½ pint Cream; whipped
¼ cup Chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add 7-up, banana, marshmallows and pineapple.

Pour into 1-½ quart mold. Chill until firm. Combine flour, sugar and juice. Beat in egg. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Add cream.

Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill MRS JOHN WHITE (NANCY)
