Sesame-soy vinaigrette (peter chan, city tavern)

¼cupRice vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonHoney
½cupLight sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In bowl or jar, mix soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, honey, oil. Add salt, pepper. Serve with Asian greens, meat or poultry, or as desired. Makes one cup.
