In blender container, place soy sauce, corn oil, sesame seeds, wine, garlic, onion, brown sugar, Ac'cent, chili pepper and ginger. Cover and blend until liquified. Pour marinade over wings in a shallow dish and marinate for several hours or overnight, mixing occasionally. Then place wings in a single layer in a large, shallow baking pan (or two, if needed).
Bake, uncovered, in 350-degree oven, basting occasionally, for 45 minutes to one hour. (Wonderful!)
