Seafood bake

Ingredients

1poundsCrab meat
1poundsCooked shrimp; deveined
1cupFinely chopped onion
1cupFinely chopped celery
1cupLowfat mayonnaise
½cupChopped green bell pepper
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1cupLowfat sour cream
½cupDry bread crumbs
2tablespoonsMargarine; melted

Directions

Mix first 10 ingredients together. Put into a 3 quart casserole. Mix crumbs with melted butter. Spread over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 30 mins. Serve over rice or in patty shells.

NOTES : Can be made with imitation crab. I have also added scallops. Very Good.
