Seafood pasta bake

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
500 grams Prepared marinara mix
1 \N Jar GREG NORMAN Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
250 grams Fusilli or macaroni pasta; cooked
2 teaspoons MASTERFOODS Cracked Black Pepper
2 \N Eggs; beaten with
1 pinch Salt
1 cup Coarsely grated cheddar cheese

Heat oil in frying pan and fry marinara mix 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside. Pre-heat oven to moderate (180C). Lightly grease an ovenproof dish.

Combine pasta sauce with seafood, pasta, pepper and eggs. Spoon into dish and top with cheese. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
