Scotch lace cookies

Yield: 1 Batch

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Butterscotch pudding
2 cups Quick oats
½ cup Sugar
¾ cup Margarine

Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls the size of walnuts.

Place 3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. THey spread while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Watch carefully, they burn quickly.
