Yield: 36 Servings
|1 cup||One minute oats (not Old Fashioned )|
|4 ounces||Butter - melted must use Real Butter! 1 stick|
|½ teaspoon||Baking powder|
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients. Place aluminum foil on cookie sheets dull side up. Do not use heavy duty foil. Use a scant teaspoon of mixture per cookie. Place 2 in apart. They will spread thin.
Bake for 7 minutes. Allow to cool on foil then peel off. Crispy and yummy.
