Scalloped oysters -1

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Oysters; (select or large)
½ \N Light cream
3 cups Ritz crackers; crumbled
½ cup Margarine; melted
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Celery seed
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Recipe by: "Life goes on." <JEANL@...> Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 11½ x 7 ½ x 1 ½ baking dish. Arrange oyster (with liquor) in baking dish. Pour about half the cream over oysters.

Combine crackers, margrine and seasonings, sprinkle over oysters. Pour remaining cream over oysters and seasonings mixture.

Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes.
