½ cup Butter
1 cup Cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Bread crumbs
⅔ cup Heavy cream

Cover with scallops, add half the cream and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Repeat; cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350F. for 25 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.
