2 cups Rich buttery-flavored cracker crumbs
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Catsup
½ teaspoon Sugar or to taste
1 dash Pepper or to taste
¼ cup Green onions and tops; slice
1 tablespoon Butter or to taste
Paprika
