Scalloped eggs

Measure Ingredient
9 eaches Hard-cooked eggs
1 cup Medium white sauce
\N \N Salt and pepper
1½ cup Buttered bread or cracker crumbs
\N \N Butter or butter substitute

Slice eggs thin. Fill individual, well-oiled baking dishes with alternate layers of sliced eggs, crumbs, and white sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot each layer with butter. Cover with crumbs.
