Fancy scrambled eggs

| 12 | Eggs, beaten | |
| 3 | ounces | Sauteed mushrooms SAUCE:-- |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | cup | (4 oz.) Velveeta cheese topping |
| 2¼ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Fry 1 cup ham. Add 12 eggs, beaten. Scramble until just set. Fold sauteed mushrooms and eggs into cheese sauce. Sauce: Melt butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir. Stir in Velveeta cheese until melted. Place in 9 x 13 inch dish. (Can be refrigerate overnight.) Combine bread crumbs, paprika and butter; saute. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (more if cold).
