Savory crumb crust

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Bread crumbs, whole wheat; fine
¼ cup Flour, whole wheat
½ cup Wheat germ, raw
½ cup Oats, rolled, raw
¼ teaspoon Salt
Basil and/or marjoram to taste
½ cup Margarine, melted

Mix together all the dry ingredients, combining thoroughly.

Drizzle in the melted margarine, and toss with a fork, until the mixture is uniformly moistened. Press into an oiled 9" pie pan and prebake at 350 for 10 minutes.
