Savory crumb crust

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cupBread crumbs, whole wheat; fine
¼cupFlour, whole wheat
½cupWheat germ, raw
½cupOats, rolled, raw
¼teaspoonSalt
Basil and/or marjoram to taste
½cupMargarine, melted

Directions

Mix together all the dry ingredients, combining thoroughly.

Drizzle in the melted margarine, and toss with a fork, until the mixture is uniformly moistened. Press into an oiled 9" pie pan and prebake at 350 for 10 minutes.
