|2 tablespoons||Finely chopped onion|
|2 tablespoons||Finely chopped parsley|
|1||Clove garlic; crushed to a paste with salt|
|8 ounces||Fine bread crumbs|
|1 ounce||Sharp cheddar cheese; finely grated|
Combine all ingredients. If using a food processor, add in this order: garlic, onion, bread, parsley, cheese. These can be used on fish, chicken, etc. Any leftovers can be stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator.
