Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Italian sausage |
| 2 | tablespoons | Red pepper; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green pepper; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 6 | ounces | Cheddar cheese; grated |
Directions
Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Crumble sausage and cook in large skillet until browned; drain off excess fat. Stir in red and green peppers, milk, soup and rigatoni. Turn into 2 qt baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
