roll out the pastry ⅛ in (3mm) thick; with a pastry wheel cut out 12 rectangles of 6x4 in (16x10 cm) and brush the edges with egg white.

roll up a sausage in each piece of pastry and lay on a greased baking sheet. brush with milk. OVEN: pre-heat for 5 min. at very hot, bake at moderately hot. BAKING TIME: 15-20 min.
