Simple sausage supper

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Fully Cooked Sausage; 1 1/2\" To 2\" Chunks |
| 6 | smalls | New Red Potatoes; Unpeeled, Quartered |
| 1 | small | Onion; 8 Wedges |
| 1 | can | (14 1/2 Oz) Stewed Tomatoes; Undrained |
| ½ | teaspoon | Creole Seasoning |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Minced Garlic |
| 1 | pack | (16 Oz) Shredded Cabbage (Or Cut Your Own) |
Directions
In large skillet, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
