Salmon-spinach party dip

Ingredients

10ouncesFrozen chopped spinach thawed, thoroughly drained
1cupPlain nonfat yogurt
½cupLight mayonnaise
½cupChopped parsley
½cupChopped green onions
½teaspoonDried basil
½teaspoonDill weed
¼teaspoonGrated lemon peel
Assorted raw vegetables
Crackers

Directions

Drain and flake salmon. Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with vegetables and crackers.

Makes 16 servings, about 4 cups.
