Smoked salmon dip

¾cup(4 oz) Smoked Salmon, shredded
cupHeavy cream
teaspoonFreshly grated pepper
½teaspoonCapers

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Grind extra pepper over top of dip. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
