Smoked salmon dip

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup (4 oz) Smoked Salmon, shredded
⅓ cup Heavy cream
⅛ teaspoon Freshly grated pepper
½ teaspoon Capers

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Grind extra pepper over top of dip. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
