Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | (4 oz) Smoked Salmon, shredded |
⅓ cup | Heavy cream |
⅛ teaspoon | Freshly grated pepper |
½ teaspoon | Capers |
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Grind extra pepper over top of dip. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
