Salmon and cream cheese dip

| 4 | tablespoons | Creme fraiche |
| 1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Freshly chopped parsely |
| Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
| To serve: vegetable crudites | ||
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the crudites.
