Salmon and cream cheese dip

1200 gram car creamery full fat soft cheese
4tablespoonsCreme fraiche
1Clove garlic; crushed
2teaspoonsLemon juice
2tablespoonsFreshly chopped parsely
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve: vegetable crudites

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the crudites.
