Pasta and salmon teriyaki sauce

| 12 | ounces | SALMON CUT TO 1'' CUBES |
| 1 | VEGETABLE SPRAY | |
| 1½ | cup | RED OR YELLOW PEPPER, |
| THINLY SLICED | ||
| 1½ | cup | SNOW PEAS |
| ⅓ | cup | EACH SHERRY AND WATER |
| ¼ | cup | EACH OIL,SOYA SAUCE |
| AND BROWN SUGAR | ||
| 2½ | teaspoon | EACH GARLIC & GINGER |
| 1 | tablespoon | FLOUR |
| 2 | teaspoons | SESAME SEEDS |
| PARSLEY TO GARNISH | ||
Directions
SAUCE
Cook pasta al dente, drain, put into serving dish. saute salmon to light pink about 4 min. Put on top of pasta. Blanch vegies for 2 minutes and plunge into cold water, pour on top of salmon. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil simmer about 4 minutes. Pour over salmon pasta dish.
Prep time about 30 minutes.
