Pasta and salmon teriyaki sauce

12ouncesSALMON CUT TO 1'' CUBES
1VEGETABLE SPRAY
cupRED OR YELLOW PEPPER,
THINLY SLICED
cupSNOW PEAS
cupEACH SHERRY AND WATER
¼cupEACH OIL,SOYA SAUCE
AND BROWN SUGAR
teaspoonEACH GARLIC & GINGER
1tablespoonFLOUR
2teaspoonsSESAME SEEDS
PARSLEY TO GARNISH

Directions

SAUCE

Cook pasta al dente, drain, put into serving dish. saute salmon to light pink about 4 min. Put on top of pasta. Blanch vegies for 2 minutes and plunge into cold water, pour on top of salmon. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil simmer about 4 minutes. Pour over salmon pasta dish.

Prep time about 30 minutes.
