Salami-corn casserole

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Salami; chopped
½ cup Onion; chopped
2 \N Tomatoes; diced
½ cup Pepper, green; diced
12 \N Eggs; slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
17 ounces Corn, whole kernel; drained

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
