Fruit and sprout salad with gingered yogurt dressing

| 8 | ounces | Mandarin Oranges; Drained |
| 8 | ounces | Pineapple Tidbits; Drained |
| 8 | ounces | Waterchestnuts; Sliced And Drained |
| 1 | Stalk Celery; Diced | |
| ¼ | cup | Plain Yogurt Or Mayonaise |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| ½ | teaspoon | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry Powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried Ginger |
Directions
DRESSING
In large bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
