Fruit and sprout salad with gingered yogurt dressing

8ouncesPineapple Tidbits; Drained
8ouncesWaterchestnuts; Sliced And Drained
1Stalk Celery; Diced
¼cupPlain Yogurt Or Mayonaise
1teaspoonHoney
½teaspoonSoy Sauce
1teaspoonCurry Powder
½teaspoonDried Ginger

Directions

DRESSING

In large bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
