Salad/vegetable marinade

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Salad oil (up to)
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Finely chopped fresh herbs

Beat oil, vinegar & salt together with a fork until thick. Stir in herbs.

One finely chopped onion may be added; celery salt, sugar or honey may be used to vary the flavor.
