Italian vegetable marinade

½cupCider vinegar
½cupHoney
1tablespoonItalian seasoning
1tablespoonParmesan cheese
1dashGarlic powder
1cupBroccoli tops
1cupSliced zucchini
1cupChopped tomatoes
1cupCauliflower flowerets

Directions

For the marinade, combine oil, vinegar, honey, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender jar. Process until smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat to boiling. Set off heat, and allow to cool. Mix vegetables and cover with marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
