Marinated green salad

Ingredients

1canFrench style green beans
1Onion, sliced in rings
1cupGreen pepper, slice in rings
1Jar of pimentos
1cupCelery
1cupSugar
1teaspoonSalt
1cupVinegar
½cupOil
Sprinkle of paprika

Directions

Drain vegetables thoroughly; set aside. Combine sugar, salt, vinegar, oil and paprika. Pour mixture over vegetables and let set overnight. Drain mixture before serving. Keep this in the fridge to keep the veggies crisp. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 03-29-95
