Rotel salsa (fresh picante sauce)

Measure Ingredient
1 can RO*TEL Tomatoes and Green
Chilies, chopped and drained
2 eaches Green onions, chopped fine
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1 large Tomato, chopped
1 each Lime (juice of 1/2)
½ teaspoon Salt
To increase heat, add canned or fresh jalapenos to taste

Just mix in a serving bowl and grab some corn chips, or use as a topping for salads and Southwestern and Cajun fare.
