Rosemary garlic bread #1

1 pack Active dry yeast
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
2 cups Unbleached flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Oil
1½ teaspoon Garlic; minced in oil -or- (up to)
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1½ teaspoon Dried oregano
1¼ cup Very warm water
