Rose sauce iii

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
½ cup Canned crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon Tomato paste
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
½ cup Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese

In a heavy sauce pan, saute garlic in olive oil until golden. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and cook, stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 mionutes. Add heavy cream, cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Do not allow to boil. Add parsley and stir sauce into already cooked pasta.
