Rose sauce ii

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Heavy cream
1 cup Butter
1½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Pepper to taste
Chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Tomato paste

Melt butter. Stir in heavy cream, chopped garlaic, parsley, and pepper. Add cheese. Stir in 2-3 tbsp tomato paste. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
