1tablespoonOr more rose syrup
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonCardamon powder
½cupWater
10Crushed ice-cubes; (10 to 12)
10dropsVanilla essence; (10 to 12)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.

Serve in tall glasses, chilled. Vary the flavour by substituting rose for khus, kewra or pineapple.

Very finely chopped pieces of fruit may be added.
