Romanian sausage (matiti)

Measure Ingredient
Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Soda
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Basil
1 pounds Ground beef
⅔ pounds Ground pork

In blender, make a thin water and garlic paste. Add beef stock, salt, soda, and spices. Mix well. Add meats. Mix.
