Ingredients

| 4 | pounds | Coarse ground pork |
| 1 | pounds | Coarse ground beef |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| Pepper; as desired | ||
| ½ | tablespoon | Allspice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| Pork casings | ||
| ½ | cup | Water |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Let set for at least 2 ~3 hours. Stuff into pork casings and fry until browned.
