Ingredients

4poundsCoarse ground pork
1poundsCoarse ground beef
1tablespoonSalt
Pepper; as desired
½tablespoonAllspice
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
Pork casings
½cupWater

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let set for at least 2 ~3 hours. Stuff into pork casings and fry until browned.
