| 1 | tablespoon | Marjoram Leaves |
| 8 | eaches | Cloves Garlic, pressed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground Allspice |
| 3½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Cold Water |
Directions
