Polish sausage

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Coarse Ground Pork Butt
1 pounds Coarse Ground Beef Stew Meat
2 tablespoons Coarsely Ground Pepper
1 tablespoon Marjoram Leaves
8 eaches Cloves Garlic, pressed
¼ teaspoon Ground Allspice
3½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cold Water
