Rock's raspberry rib glaze

Ingredients

cupRed or black raspberry preserves or jam; seedless,
DO NOT USE JELLY***
2tablespoonsRed raspberry vinegar
2tablespoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonLemon zest
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonDijon mustard
¼teaspoonGround mace

Directions

Scoop the raspberry preserves into a small stainless steel or flame proof ceramic saucepan and blend in the vinegar, lemon juice and zest, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and mace. Heat to boiling, the simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
