Robin's fruit dessert

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Apples, thinly sliced
8 ounces White cake mix
5½ tablespoon Butter, melted
1 cup Rich milk


Butter your baking dish or pan heavily. Spread fresh fruit in bottom of pan. Most cake mixes are one pound--use ½ the box. Spread mix over the fresh apples. Dot the dry mix generously with butter. Pour rich milk or cream over all. Bake at 350~ for about 30 minutes or until nicely browned.

Serve warm with milk or whipped cream.
