Yield: 10 Servings
|5 cups||Apples, thinly sliced|
|8 ounces||White cake mix|
|5½ tablespoon||Butter, melted|
|1 cup||Rich milk|

Butter your baking dish or pan heavily. Spread fresh fruit in bottom of pan. Most cake mixes are one pound--use ½ the box. Spread mix over the fresh apples. Dot the dry mix generously with butter. Pour rich milk or cream over all. Bake at 350~ for about 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve warm with milk or whipped cream.
