Rice wine & soy dipping sauce

1.00dashsoy sauce
3.00tablespoonhoisin sauce
1.00teaspoonminced garlic
1.00tablespoonminced shallots
1.00tablespoonchopped cilantro
¼cupchopped roasted peanuts
1salt; to taste
1.00pinchred pepper flakes
½carrot; cut matchstick
1strips -; (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 2 cups of sauce.
