Hot rice wine & sesame dipping sauce

1.00teaspoonsalt
cupchicken stock
¼cuprice wine vinegar
¼cupsesame oil
¼cuphoney
4.00tablespoonsoy sauce
8.00turns freshly-ground black pepper

Directions

In a saucepan add the sesame seeds, salt, stock, vinegar, oil, honey and soy sauce and whisk over high heat until the mixture comes to a full boil. Turn the heat down to medium, add the black pepper and cook, whisking, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. This recipe yields ⅔ cup of sauce.
