3tablespoonsShortening
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
1teaspoonVanilla
2cupsRice flour
½teaspoonSalt
3teaspoonsBaking powder
1cupWater, approx

Directions

Cream the shortening and the sugar. Add vanilla. Sift together the rice flour, salt and baking powder. Stir into the shortening mixture, alternately with water, adding just enough water to make a thick dough. Roll thinly on a board dusted with rice flour.
