Rice stuffing for turkey

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Sausage | 
| 1 | cup | Breadcrumbs, soft | 
| 1 | cup | Milk | 
| 4 | cups | Rice; cold, cooked | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Sage | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Thyme | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
Directions
Brown onion in shortening; add sausage and cook until brown.  Soak breadcrumbs in milk.  Combine all ingredients and stuff turkey for baking.
