Rice stuffing for turkey

1cupBreadcrumbs, soft
1cupMilk
4cupsRice; cold, cooked
½teaspoonSage
1teaspoonThyme
1teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper

Directions

Brown onion in shortening; add sausage and cook until brown. Soak breadcrumbs in milk. Combine all ingredients and stuff turkey for baking.
