Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
cupUncooked rice
1Stick butter
2cans(13-oz) chicken broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½cupBlanched almonds
1can(4-oz) mushrooms; drained
½cupChopped onion

Directions

Saut‚ rice in melted butter until light brown. Pour into 9x11 baking dish.

Add chicken broth. Add any or all of the last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350ø for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
