Ingredients

1½ | cup | Uncooked rice |
1 | Stick butter | |
2 | cans | (13-oz) chicken broth |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
½ | cup | Blanched almonds |
1 | can | (4-oz) mushrooms; drained |
½ | cup | Chopped onion |
Directions
Saut rice in melted butter until light brown. Pour into 9x11 baking dish.
Add chicken broth. Add any or all of the last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350ø for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
