Rice pilaf #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Uncooked rice
1 Stick butter
2 cans (13-oz) chicken broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½ cup Blanched almonds
1 can (4-oz) mushrooms; drained
½ cup Chopped onion

Saut‚ rice in melted butter until light brown. Pour into 9x11 baking dish.

Add chicken broth. Add any or all of the last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350ø for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
