Yield: 6 Servings
|1½ cup||Uncooked rice|
|2 cans||(13-oz) chicken broth|
|Salt to taste|
|Pepper to taste|
|½ cup||Blanched almonds|
|1 can||(4-oz) mushrooms; drained|
|½ cup||Chopped onion|
Saut rice in melted butter until light brown. Pour into 9x11 baking dish.
Add chicken broth. Add any or all of the last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350ø for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
