Rice florentine

Ingredients

| 9½ | ounce | Frozen creamed spinach, thawed |
| 1½ | cup | 2% lowfat milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| Dash nutmeg | ||
| 1½ | cup | Minute Long Grain Rice |
| ¼ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
Bring spinach, milk, pepper and nutmeg to a boil in saucepan.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Serve with remaining cheese sprinkled over rice.
