1 pack | Chopped spinach, (10 oz.) thawed and drained |
1 cup | Fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup | Fat-free ricotta cheese |
1 \N | Egg white, lightly beaten |
1 tablespoon | Fat free parmesan cheese |
1 \N | Jar fat-free spaghetti sauce, (12 oz) (12 to 16) |
16 \N | Jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained |
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix spinach, cheeses and egg until well-blended. Fold into chopped turkey.
3. Fill each shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Place in 12 X 8-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells and cover with foil. Bake 30-40 minutes.
