Turkey pasta florentine

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Leftover turkey, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
1 pack Chopped spinach, (10 oz.) thawed and drained
1 cup Fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Fat-free ricotta cheese
1 \N Egg white, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Fat free parmesan cheese
1 \N Jar fat-free spaghetti sauce, (12 oz) (12 to 16)
16 \N Jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix spinach, cheeses and egg until well-blended. Fold into chopped turkey.

3. Fill each shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Place in 12 X 8-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells and cover with foil. Bake 30-40 minutes.
