Fish florentine

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fish fillets -- flounder or
\N \N Sole
10 \N Whole wheat crackers --
\N \N Crushed
2 tablespoons Wheat germ
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach --
\N \N Thawed and drained (
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Arrange the fillets in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Cover the fish with the well-drained spinach. Combine the cracker crumbs, wheat germ and cheese and pour over the fish and spinach. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
