Rice chantilly

| 3 | cups | Cooked white rice |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Ground red pepper (up to 2) |
| 1 | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
Directions
Combine rice, sour cream, salt, pepper and ½ cup cheese. Spoon into a buttered, shallow 1 qt baking dish(I just spray with a little PAM). Top with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
