Roasted red pepper vinagrette

¼cupApple juice
¼cupCider vinegar
2tablespoonsWhite onion
1Cloves garlic; pressed, (up to 2)
Pinches of rosemary and thyme
½teaspoonDried whole oregano
½teaspoonDry mustard powder
½teaspoonPaprika
½A roasted red bell pepper; (roasted yourself on a burner till black, or from a jar)

Directions

Mix in a blender:

Blend thoroughly, salt to taste, and chill overnight.
